Hi, I am Jen,

I used to be shy , while desperately wanting to be the centre of attention. I'd hold back when I should have spoken up, terrified of being judged. Of getting it wrong. Of being too much, or not enough.

I know what it's like to sit in a meeting room full of capable people and wonder if today is the day they finally realise you don't belong there. I spent over 20 years in corporate life, working in middle management, feeling exactly that.

I'm not fearless now. But I no longer let the fear make my decisions. I know I'm good enough — and that shift changed everything.

Over the last six years I've worked with people ready to stop letting self-doubt quietly run their lives - using an integrated approach combining Hypnotherapy, EFT and Meditation, backed by a CIPD Level 5 qualification, two Hypnotherapy diplomas and a Mental Health First Aid certificate.
